Switched reluctance motors (SRM) becomes increasingly popular due to its simple structure and dependability. It seems have a two-pole configuration. A stator had also centralized coils along each pole, whereas rotor has an iron core only. As result, the switched motor is anticipated be low cost, incredibly robust variable-speed machine. Because only made up of laminated coils, performance heavily reliant on magnetic properties material. Vibration, torque ripple, for unit volume are some their drawbacks. Typically, standard proportional-integral-derivative (PID) controller designed regulate Reluctance Motor's speed. Furthermore, PID could control SRM when load changes abruptly. fuzzy logic (FLC) utilized within this article speed drive. The MATLAB/Simulink platform used analyze behavior with FLC. To demonstrate FLC's superiority, results been compared that typical controller.
